Membership / admission criteria
- Incoming Tour Operator in MADAGASCAR
Documents required and to be supplied
- Copy of the operating license B TOUR OPERATOR - RECEPTIVE / authorization to open - issued by the Ministry of supervision
- Copies of the RCS / NIF and STAT + CIF of the current year
- A written and motivated request for membership - submitted to the President of the TOP
- Proof of connection or collaboration agreement with at least one foreign Agency or Tour Operator
- Professional competence of the Director or the Legal Representative
- 5 years of experience, of which 3 years as a manager justified by a work certificate (TO or correspondent of a TO abroad)
- or
- Copy of diploma BTS Tourism, or equivalent or higher delivered by the State or by an establishment recognized by the State and sanctioning tourist studies, legal and economic or commercial, the professional practice being reduced to 2 years.
- Sufficient organizational arrangement
- 02 qualified persons at least, with contacts (name, phone, address)
- Appropriate physical facilities: at least one appropriate room, reserved exclusively for the activity of TOUR OPERATOR or similar tourist activity, and equipped with telephone, fax, Internet, sign...
- Professional commitments and ethics
- Insurance contracted against the pecuniary consequences of professional civil liability with an approved insurer
- Certificate of good relations with your bank
- Letter of commitment to the TOP Code of Ethics
- Letter of commitment to respect the statutes and the rules of procedure of TOP MADA
Financial commitments
- Membership fee
Amount and periods
- 200.000 ariary, one time, at your membership
- Contribution
- 500.000 ariary Yearly
- Payment deadline: March 31 of the current year
- Participation in the expenses of the TOP MADA kiosk at the airport
- 2019 : 16.069,17 ariary (as an indication)
- 2020 : in the process of validation
- Monthly - but payable every three months
- Participation in the costs of the association's activities, validated by the members.
- The amount depends on the activity to be carried out. It is previously validated by the members in an ordinary meeting - to be payable
MEMBERSHIP & ADMISSION PROCEDURES
1- Deposit of the physical file at the office of the association C/O Confederation of Tourism Ex-Village des Jeux, Immeuble Aro, Escalier A, 2è étage, porte A3, Ankorondrano Antananarivo
2- Sending the file in electronic version – under pdf single document to topmad@moov.mg with a copy to touroperatormada@gmai l .com
3- Examination of the application file by the Board of Directors – deadline: 10 days maximum
4- Interview and/or on-site visit
5- Answer within 20 days maximum
6- If the application is validated, pay the above mentioned fees and provide proof of payment
